Clenbuterol (Astralean) is a bronchodilator and decongestant used by people who suffer from breathing difficulties such as asthma. Clenbuterol is often used as a performance-enhancing drug in sports and as a weight-loos or "cutting" drug in bodybuilding. Clenbuterol is pharmacologically similar to epinephrine and causes and increased aerobic capacity, increased stimulation of the central nervous system, and increased oxygen transportation.

Burinex containing the active ingredient bumetanide belongs to a group of medications called loop diuretics. Hydroxyzine (Atarax) is an antihistamine used to treat itchiness and other allergy symptoms. It can also be used to help with mental tension, nervousness and anxiety. Hydroxyzine will also help control nausea and vomiting that is the result of motion sickness. Many individuals take this medication when they travel to help them remain calm and to help them with feeling good when they are in a moving mode of transportation. Hydroxyzine is also used sometimes to help reduce anxiety that is related to alcohol withdrawal. It is often given in a detox setting for such individuals.
