Ordering

How can I place an order?

To purchase a product simply select the quantity of items and click the "add to cart" button. This can be repeated for several different products if required. When you have added all required items to your cart, you can proceed to checkout and fill out your details to complete the purchase.

Can I place a repeat order?

Do I need a prescripition?

We do not require a prescription, however we strongly recommend you speak to a doctor of healthcare provider regarding the products you intend to take to make sure it is safe to do so.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by credit card or by wire transfer or Bitcoin. To pay by credit card, please fill out the details on the order form when placing your order. To pay by wire transfer or bitcoin, please select this payment option when ordering and we will send a separate email later on, outlining how to make payment using these options.

Do you accept payment from insurance companies or private health providers?

We do not have any arrangement where we can accept payment from you insurer, however we do include an invoice with your order so you can arrange reimbursement afterwards.

Shipping

What are your shipping charges?

Orders can be shipped by Regular Airmail for a charge of £15.00 per order. For faster delivery we can ship express via EMS Couriers for £35.00 per order or by DHL Express for £65.00 per order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times by regular mail is 10 to 14 business days . Delivery by EMS Courier takes 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery by DHL Express takes 4-7 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only able to ship orders to customers in the United Kingdom.

Do you ship orders to the United States?

We regret that we are unable to ship orders to the United States. But we have an associated pharmacy which shipping to the US, please visit their website at: https://www.pharmacygeoff.md/

Customs and Import Duties

Some countries will charge an import duty or tax on items shipped from international locations. Any such charges must be paid by the customer receiving the order. Customs policies and charges vary widely between different countries. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs authority for further details.

Products

Are your products genuine?

Yes! All of our products are purchased from licenced pharmaceutical wholesalers. As we have suppliers in several different countries the packaging may vary from that which you are used to. If you have a query regarding any particluar product please email us and we can provide the manufacturer and country of origin and any other details you may require.

What are Generic Medicines?

In addition to branded medicines, we also supply generic medicines. These contain the same active ingredient as their branded counterpart but usually cost a fraction of the branded product. All generic products will be clearly labelled as such on our website.

Are the product photos on your site what will be received?

All photos one our website are of products in our store-room and have been taken on site. These are the products you will be receiving. Many of our products are ordered as strips, in which case you will not receive the outer box. Depending on the quantites you order you may not receive all outer packaging, but the interior package will remain intact. We will NEVER open the seal of the blister strips.

Seasonal and unavoidable delivery delays

Delays of delivery will most likely happened during busy period of the year.
The will most likely happen during Christmas and Easter holidays.

Delays can also occur during unexpected and uncontrollable events, such as weather problem, nation or international events which cause the destination country’s security to be tightened.
Postal strikes and other logistic problem may also cause delays.
We will try our best to put up information regarding these issues when they appear, so our customers are kept up to date.

If you are unsure regarding the whereabouts of your order, just email us and we will help you get the most updated information from the postal service and resolve the problem.

During the above mentioned times, we would like to ask our customers to give the postage service a bit more time to sort out the delivery.
So the delivery times will be change to below:

Regular delivery, up to 4-6 weeks

Privacy

Will I receive any communcation from you?

We will send two automated emails to your registered email address - one when we have processed your order and another when it has been shipped. We DO NOT send any unsolicited email and DO NOT share any customer details with third parties. We will only contact you by email or phone if there are any problems processing your order.

How are your packages marked?

We realize privacy is important. Our orders using Regular Airmail shipping are packaged discreetly in plain packaging with no mention of our company details or the contents of the package outside the box.

Forwarder service

Can my order be sent to the forwarder service address?

We are only responsible for sending out our orders to UK residential and workplace addresses. We do not accept forwarder address and we cannot be held responsible for forwarder addresses and there after arrangements.
